If your boat is big enough that you want a heavy-duty solution, consider a industrial/medical reg with the CGA 580 fitting, They've got a couple advantages over a scuba 1st - you don't have to get your O2 transfilled into Scuba tanks, they are adjustable so you can tweak the IP depending to compensate for depth, and they usually have enough capacity to handle several divers. The regs are pretty expensive new, but common enough used that you shouldn't have to pay much for one. The only thing to watch out for is it should go up to 160 psi or thereabouts, to match the IP requirement of the dive 2nd stage(s) - most O2 welding regs don't go high enough. For the hose(s), you can use a standard long SCUBA hose with an NPT adaptor on the reg end, or have a custom hose made up with the right fittings on each end. -- Send mail for the `techdiver' mailing list to `techdiver@aquanaut.com'.
