Subject: Re: high pressure spool o-rings
Scott, this is exactly the problem I have had with all viton rings. Try
putting one of these on a hose insert, for example. The other probelm is
taking a set , as in the orifice of a second stage. I just use the bunas
and the p guage are the only ones that end up mushing, but that takes a
long time. I have not had one go on my regular gear in a year. My
saltwater ones go on a regular basis, and there I am only using 35%
oxygen.

Bott is sending me a couple of his to try out. I would love to
eliminated the mushing on the p guage, but I am not talking oxygen regs,
I am talking my main regs which never see more than 14% oxygen.
