OK, First I've been told that the person I had heard had signed, had not - apologies for bringing it up and confusing the issue. It seems that only 3 signatories claim membership of the CDG, though I've only heard of 2, and they are as much/more associated with UK "tech" diving (whatever the hell that is exactly) than cave diving. I had some private mail from a leading UK diver on the list, who is diving deep and getting results - he doesn't dive below 40m on air anymore.
