If you absolutely must have a Mares regulator, 
contact Apeks (sold as Zeagle in the US), and get them to order one special.
Give them the specs on the hose you want, and Apeks will make it.
Why you want Mares I do not know, I would stongly recommmend Apeks, very
reliable and easy to service (I have 5) .
