steve , i agree that 3A and 3AA steel tanks can be retested for 110% fill at any time. but are you sure that the tank that fails the retest for 110% fill can be retested for 100 % fill? i thought that ; " Failure to pass the elastic expansion test indicates that allowable test and working pressure wall stresses would be exceeded and indicates that the cylinder should be rejected from further service at marked service pressure . It should not be inferred that the cylinder should be rejected from further service at 110% service pressure only."
