george's remarks on this subject consisted only of condemnation and a bit
of spewing, without any useful explanation. But you provided good info,
which has appeared on the lists before, and is worth repeating. Thanks!

That's always been my intent. You can verify by checking the archives if
you're not sure about it.

Ken, if you can tell me what my questions were at the NACD membership
meeting, I'll be happy to discuss with you the issues I was raising. But
let's take it private so as not to bore the other list readers.

BTW, after the NACD membership meeting, I had rational discussion with a
board member and the General Manager, lasting the better part of an hour,
and going over details and issues.  However, you did not attend this
special meeting -- so, to me "your actions and motivations will always be
suspect as far as I'm concerned."
