Remember that if helium clears the body faster than nitrogen it is also 
taken up faster than nitrogen.  Comparative desaturation time (not rate) is 
probably not all that different between the two gases for bounce dives.

Also, flying restrictions are based on existing bubbles as well as potential 
bubbles.
