Is there any informed opinion on time to fly after trimix dives, especially
repetitive mix dives?  I have in mind two 230'/25-30 min dives on 18/40 mix,
separated by three hours.  

The current DAN waiting time for air dives is 12 hours, more for deco or
multiple dives per day.  On the one hand, the dives I am considering
certainly involve decompression, suggesting a waiting time substantially
longer than 12 hours.  On the other hand, helium clears the body much faster
than nitrogen, which suggests that 12 hours may be adequate.
