Um, this is highly dependent on the O2 supplier you use.  The person
who filled the O2 tanks at the gas house where I used to live in NY
indicated that this was not true.  Medical and industrial O2 was
filled from the same source on the same day.  This may be true,
depending on where you live, but check it with your gas supplier.

There are standards for each grade of gas, but the supplier may decide
to give you a gas that passes the standards of a 'better' grade.
