The transmitter only transmites a 21% mix with the standard software. Some say if you can cut the trace between pins 13 and 14 on the ASIC and solder in a 100K potentiometer, you can dial in any mix between 0 and 100%. The governments have been transmitting hot air since the days of Marconi.
