Rod, this is just another case of science trying to pinch-hit for
God.This "new" technology first surfaced in France almost 20 years
ago, when the originator tried to use a similar system to by-pass the
=46rench subway system.A fly was accidently introduced into the system
during transmission, and the rest, as they say, is history.
  What's going to happen the first time some diver tries to use it
without cleaning out the critters who've set up housekeeping in the
thing over the winter?
The French are famous for not wanting to abandon an idea if there's
even a remote chance they can get someone else to pay for it.Leave the
transmitters at DEMA-dont get sucked in
