Hi Folks I was just doing some thought dives sitting here at work (yes I have better things to do, but its a friday).I am not a Mix diver yet but am planning to be one as soon as I can afford the course.... A quick dive plan for 250fsw seemed to work out for a PO2 of 1.4 and an END of 130fsw for PN gives me aprox:- 16% O2 46% N 38% He Now for my twin hundreds this means 76CuFt of He. I then rang a gas supplier and was quoted $525 Aus for a 200CuFt Cylinder of He. This seems more than a trifle expensive, where have I gone wrong????. Are my calcs out and you need less He than that or is that a very expensive bottle of He. Thanks in advance Terry -- ******************************************************************** Terry McCracken GEC ALSTHOM Information Technology Software Support Engineer Ph: 61 2 415 0509 terrym@ns*.co*.au* Fax: 61 2 417 8635
