Maybe not more destructive, but just as bad.  Like Cave instructors teaching
a full cave course in one day.  Course consisted of 2 dives and no lecture
or academics.  Tech courses where the instructor 'signs off' the student
because he probably knows how to do it and because the instructor doesn't.
