Dan- What I was trying to get across is that diver across from you *might* be one of the cowards. How can you tell? I don't know, that's why I solo dive. I don't mean you are a coward, Dan, that is assuming that Dan Enig is your real name. Sorry, I'm getting paranoid. If you don't mind me saying, I think you are out of your fucking mind depending on your diveshop to ensure that your mix is correct. I'm sure they are good people, but people have a bad day now and then. That bad day could turn out to be YOUR bad day. And if there ever was a premiss in diving, it is that you are responsible for your ass. Don't go depending on the diveshop or anyone else, they are not diving your tanks. And if you croak, they might shed a tear or two at the lost business, but things are right back to normal in a day or two. Hey, I've seen it. And in that spirit, I highly recommend you spend $65 on a ceramtec 02 sensor, get a $14.95 volt meter and start checking your own gas. It's easy, it's fun and it's the first step towards gas self-sufficiency.
