Actually, I have. Seems a farmer down in Texas used 3-in-One oil to
lubricate the regulators on his welding rig. The regulator on the O2 tank
exploded rather vigorously when he turned the valve on. No damage was
sustained other than a cut arm and a blown seal in his fruit-of-the-looms.
