Anyone who considers the impact of insurance company procedures
(and now, I quote from one of your earlier ramblings:

or who bases dive or dive store procedure on a fear of lawsuits does =
so because they lack the knowledge or expertise to operate that =
concern properly.
Insurance company policy ought to be one of the LEAST important =
factors, and fear of lawsuits has NOTHING to do with how dives, dive =
stores, or dive boats should be run.
Furthermore, as the crown jewel, none of the insurance policies work! =
There is no protection (in the U.S.) from lawsuits, certainly, none =
of the foolishness discussed here will prevent a lawsuit.
If you base ANY of your actions around what your insurance provider =
would say, or around what your lawyer would say, that's an EXTREMELY =
accurate indicator that you're in over your head!
