Hey, check out Brownie's backplate and harness. They rig the harness
WKPP style, add the line cutter pouch, and even put innertube on the
webbing for the backup lights!! Comes with crotch strap w/front and
back d-rings.

They bend the d-rings for you. This is the kitchen sink, and the pricing
is good.
