There are two kind of Zip ties, the one with a small metal blade to hold
the tie, and a full plastic ones. The plastic is ok, the metal will rust
and eventually fail to hold the loop toghether.
The plastic ones are made to hold electric cables togheter, any more
pressure than that, and they will break too.
So use the plastic only for NO hevy duty jobs, es: holding the mouthpiece
to the second stage is ok, and is done by all regulator manufacturer.
Holding a stange tank is not ok.
If you overtight a Zip ties, you simply bend the blade that hold it
togheter, so far reducing the strenght.
