Subject: Building a mix station
Hi;
I am considering building a mix station, and I would like to avoid
making any silly mistakes, so any help in the following
would be appreciated. Cost is an issue, but most important is
making it safe and reliable.

Ok, first, let me come clean and say that all I have now
is a fill whip with an analog pressure guage.

I know that the majority of people out there use a cascade
system, but I am leaning toward using a haskel. I will likely be
filling 4 sets of doubles in a week with mix, 2 deco tanks with O2,
and 2 with nitrox.

Should I use a haskel? If so, what model?

I have never seen a haskel (although I did find their web-site, but
it had very little information).
What is the recommended configuration for
the connections between the source gas and the haskel? Do I
need 1-way check-valves, or will the haskel itself serve this
purpose? What about between the haskel and the Scuba tank?
What is the maintenance that is required on a haskel considering
the amount of service I mentioned above?
Can I do any service myself, or will I have to send it away?

I would like to purchase a good quality digital pressure guage.
Where can I purchase this? What brand and model number do
you recommend?
