That's the problem with the for-profit formation system. Their interest is=
 to 
make bucks, and to do so, will willingly keep the public uninformed, cloak=
ing 
their "valuable" knowledge within esoteric procedures and certification 
levels.

How many people died because the information that could have them survive =
was 
buried deep in some agency and instructor's pocketbook???
