Tom, I was just talking to Bill about the 80's thing, and he reminded
me of why you do not allow them to use 80's and I agree with you - some
of these guys are horrifying. The last time I dove on Mims' boat, both
Bill and I beat every diver on the boat on PSI remaining, and we were on
single 80's, while they were on double 120's, and we put the line on the
wreck and pulled it off after everyone was up. This includes the
instructors.

 He then reminded me of Veheay, who ran out of gas on double 80's 7
minutes into the dive, and almost killed Bernie, and he went on and on
in support of this policy of yours. I can see now that you would be dead
dealing with these strokes if you did not make them carry a load of gas
and a load of deco gas. I keep forgetting , since I do not have to deal
with any of these guys.
