Drew: I know it seems like an inordinate amount of time. If you clock it though (and I have) that is what it takes. We can get two divers in the water at a time and it takes each diver between 2 1/2 and 5 minutes to get their fins tanks and gloves in place and step into the water with the help of a crew member when all goes well. I think in warm ocean diving with out the cumbersome dry suits it would probably go a bit faster.
