I am not sure I follow your thinking here.  If the captain puts two divers in
the water at a time and a diver from the first team starts experiencing
symptoms of DCS after the second team has descended how have you improved the
situation? 

You also suggest putting all the divers in the water at the same time on the
same profile.  I certainly agree that divers diving together should be on the
same profile.  But as for all the divers going in at the same time - I am not
sure that it is logistically possible.  It takes from 15 to 30 minutes or
more to get 6 divers in the water from a small boat.  

How do you manage groups of tech divers on your boat?  I really would like to
know if you have any practical suggestions.
