Let's look at the big picture here.

The captain was running a boat which *allowed serious decompression
diving*. The captain allowed *different divers into the water at
different times*.

The result of this is that *some divers might be out of the water (and
bent) while others are still in the water with significant decom
commitments.*

Do you really think this was a bright thing to do? Now maybe it would be
OK if the captain provided a skiff to shuttle bent divers to shore, or
perhaps a helo pad and a helo.

But in this case the captain acted irresponsibly and had NO BACKUP PLAN.
All he did was sit on his ass and HOPE TO GOD NOBODY WOULD GET BENT.
Well, guess what? he did not pray hard enough, did he?

So his magnificent decision? Leave a diver in the water AND HEAD TO
SHORE!!

HOW CAN YOU DEFEND THIS DECISION? THIS IS CALLED A CLUSTERFUCK, THE
CAPTAIN IS A MORON AND AN IDIOT!

What he should have done is not allow decompression diving, or only
allowed 2 divers in the water at a time. WHY DID HE NOT DO THIS? BECAUSE
HE VALUES MONEY MORE THAN THE LIVES OF THE DIVERS.

I can't believe some of you stupid bastards out there can't see this.
