Chuck,

You are absolutely correct.  It seems though that the those with a
proximity to the fatalities would rather conduct the discussion in
private.  Please continue to pursue your inquiries here. I personally,
and others are going to go out of our way to expose the details
surrounding these deaths. 

You will soon learn that deep air, personal preference and egregious
strokery were the major culprits.  Stay tuned.
