Steve,
The web copy must be just the highlites. You found the right code.
Apparently it was incompleete. The sections of code are: 49CFR =A7 173.302
(c) through 49CFR =A7 173.302 (c)(5). This section also includes a table an=
d
Notes 1-3. It also referances CGA Pamphlet C-5
The complete printed version of the CFRs are available at any of the U.S.
Government Bookstors or by calling (202) 512-1800. They take credit card
orders but you better have a GOOD credit limit. They don't give these
books away!!!
CGA pamphlets are available from the CGA at (703) 412-0900 ext 799. Again
get out the lube. You WILL need it. Pamphlet C-6 is $38 for all 16 pages!!

invasion, butcher a hog, conn a ship, design a building, write
a sonnet, balance accounts, build a wall, set a bone, comfort

solve equations, analyze a new problem, pitch manure, program
a computer, cook a tasty meal, fight efficiently and die
gallantly. Specialization is for insects."
