John,
i never said that vips wer'nt a good idea or not to have your tanks
hydroed, i just said there is no LAW requireing such tests for privetly
owned cylinders, i my self check the inside of my tanks at least twice
a year for nothing but to know that i'm not breathing any nasty crap
from some shops shity compressor...........RD
