The DOT stamps on scuba cylinders are the certification marks for the
manufacturer saying that there product meets DOT saftey requirments

and a far as OSHA goes your so far off base there it's not worth 
wasting time with, so get a clue and go pass this shit around rec.scuba
theres some dumn fucks there that will believe you, and i get a kick out
of readin it..........RD
