Buy a pack of disposable diapers and place a fresh one, bum side outwards, just inside the leaky spot as you put the suit on. They'll absorb an incredible amount of water. Use two or three end-to-end if it's the zipper that's shot. Interestingly enough, in light of Jon's comment, is the fact that it was a TLS suit that was getting this treatment.
