I know this off topic but!  I'm trying to better organize a local group of
divers that are part of a large volunteer search and rescue squad.  I need
info
from other agencies like police, fire, Coast Guard, military, etc. from
around the world on the equipment & the diving techniques that they use in
there search and rescue operations.
