Hi fellow divers, I am sure you had all sad feelings yesterday (25/06/97) when hearing the loss of the man which opened the seas to anyone of us. For most of us his imagery and his visionary soft and warm voice enchanted us all. Many of us divers today were already getting interested in taking a peek underwater at an early age. I was a late starter (diving) but in fact it was watching that magnificent window on the underwaterworld put up by our beloved King of the Seas at an early age which lit the fire. Not personally knowing the man but seeing his achievements and understanding what it means by being a diver myself one can only admire such a man ! I still feel today very moved about it and wonder if any .. any such man with such potential could enlighten us further and literally save our planet we are all abusing . I sincerely hope we still can save our planet from doom and should such man exist with the same bravery as our ocean king, please standup now and continue his work so not all is lost. We divers, ambassadors of the seas are the best persons in place to alert others to stop the foolishness which is going on. Let's all work together for a better place ... after all it is our home for future generations to come !!! To his wife and family sincere condolences ....
