Hi , 

I did see an email (from a dutch divers newsgroup : nl.sport.duiken)
mentioning an incident involving vitton O-rings
giving off poisonous gas and killing the diver. 
This did happen in France.

Does anyone know more about this ?

Besides giving off poisonous gas, the vitton O-rings seems to
catch fire at a lesser temperature than regular O-rings.

Is this true ???
