In previous; You hope he means dissolved gas? Don't bet on it - more and more people are wondering about the behaviour of bubbles after diving. It is generally accepted that you can demonstrate the presence of bubbles after any air dive. I see no reason why He should behave any differently to N in this matter. The bubbles are assumed to slow down degassing, and their rate of removal is 'upo for grabs' I understand. Also, the behaviour of bubbles when recompressed isn't as accepted as the behaviour of dissolving gases. i.e. how fast do they re-solubilise? rate of coalescence? location of bubbles? rate of movement through the body? If the tables/algorhythms can keep that gas in solution then fine - but once the bubbles are there (like for any repeat diving) I'd like to know that my deco scheduling takes account of them. Yours, Jason.
