George,

You seem to be making the following points re: deep ocean trimix dives (I
want to be sure I've read you correctly):

1. Don't plan a dive that calls for more shallow deco than can be
accommodated with a 40cf supply of deco gas.

2. Carry only one extra gas, that being the shallow deco gas.

3. The shallow deco gas should be air.
