And which country would THAT be. Could you please cite ANY governmental
source that does NOT permit O2 to be stored in Aluminum cylinders? What
do you think the "O2 bottles" for emergency (medical) oxygen are made of
- at least in Canada and the U.S.? 

I have to assume that you never worked with O2 - otherwise you better
should be have a BASIC familiarity with the equipment you're handling.
And if you have never worked with O2 - why spread a myth?
