Dear Dave, I hate to pop the bubble-so to speak-, but the strength of krazy glue (cyanoacrylate) is in its thin, hard joints. Using it on neoprene that flexes or moves will crack it quite rapidly. It is best used to glue clean, rigid surfaces to each other. As far as I know the best stuff for neoprene is the synthetic rubber glues. i.e. diver's glue. Good luck, Peter David david@la*.st*.ed*
