Rob, you just can't get anything straight, can you? The inflator is a nromal, one-way inflator on the NORMAL dive rite wings, not the bondage wings or the transpack silliness, the NORMAL wings that we use. On the DR, the inflator is in the right place, on the OMS, the thing is in the WRONG place - it is on the front of the wing, rather than the back. You will find out, when you rip one of these clean off , why only a blithering idiot would do something like this. The other dump on the DR is on the left lower side, where you can reach back, with you light in your hand still, and pull the deflator if yuo are in a tight spot. On the OMS, since nobody at OMS and nobody who uses OMS has a clue, the deflator is on the FRONT of the wing. Only somebody with no experience, or a complete idiot would think that is a good idea. The OMS wings have all kinds of unnecessary crap everywhere, and the bondage wings are a horrendous kluge and extremely dangerous. These may look real slick to a dive shop mouth like Green, but anyone who really dives laughs when they see them. The OMS harness has the wrong kind of webbing, has the webbing weaved the wrong way, has crap everywhere, and is obviously designed by somebody who has never been diving, like our boy Ted. It has all kinds of clips, rings, quick disconnects and other evidence of strokery beyond belief. It has several different pieces of webbing kluged together with more crap, and resulting in a rat's nest of confusion , just waiting for its first clusterfuck . The problem continues to be well deomonstrated by you two - you think you know and are looking thorugh a pair of LSD goggles at everything, coming back with Mondo Bizzaro misrepresntations, half-truths, twisted logic and convoluted stupdiity, and Ted is just another PADI dive shop know-it-all who clearly has no practical experience with real diving, and both of you want to dispense advice. This is dangerous, and this is the problem.
