Here we go again: advice freom a dive shop moron. The OMS plate is fine by itself, but only if you need the additional 4 pounds of weight, like with a rebreather ( this is where we use it), or if you have the fabver tanks. The harness is crap and the wings are crap. Ted , you are the PROBLEM: a big-mouthed ignorant dive shop know-it-all with all of the answeres and no dives to back it up. This is what I mean. You have no basis for your busllshit recommnedations, aned ignorance is no excuse.
