I'm building an O2 analyzer for our continuous blend compressor system, and found out about the Cermatec CAG-250E sensor from the industrial group. We have been using the CAG-13 with our Mini-Ox, which we get from their medical group. Has anybody used the CAG-250? The specs are 900,000 O2 % hours vs 450,000 on the CAG-13. The 250 also uses a gelled electrolite, so it is not as sensitive to vibration. The 250 costs less ($50 vs $70) than the 13. It sounds like a good deal, twice the life and a smaller price tag, what gives? Cermatec says that their industrial stuff is cheaper than the medical stuff, but it is in a different form factor (narrower and longer), and the specs are the same (except for the longer life). Any reason why I should not use the industrial stuff? thanks, Jon -- Send mail for the `techdiver' mailing list to `techdiver@aquanaut.com'.
