We ( WKPP ) consider "boytom time" to begin when we reach depth
and switch to bottom mix, and to end when we get back to the first deco
stop. For example, the last dive we did at Wakulla had a 210 minute ( or
three and one half hour ) bottom time. Ten minutes into the dive we
started the bottom time, and it ended when we got back to 250 feet, the
first deco stop. We did not get above 200 feet for 300 minutes from the
surface, and did not go to air until we were up out of the restricition.
