Could anyone who uses the SCUBAPRO D-400 second stage or the previous model 
(whatever that was) give me any opinions on it.  In particular, as a cave 
diver, I am interested in how they perform when diving in a head down 
attitude and how breathing resistance changes from moving from head up to 
head down.  Do you need to tune them down for head down diving? I would also 
like to know how easy they are to keep in tune (cost of parts, how often 
they need servicing).   I have been using the same 109s for 10-15 years 
(upgraded to balanced adjustables) and have been very happy with their 
performance and like being able to adjust the poppet spring tension when 
changing diving attitude.  Any other comments would be appreciated as well, 
but please no proselytising.
