Casey, I have looked at part of this book and was horrified : these guys have shown in detail what a true clusterfuck really is, and have all kinds of vivid examples of why "personal preference" in this kind of activity is so dumb, and why buddy work is so improtant. Read about how they all start their own dive, and then "make a decision" in the cave wheter to proceed without knowing where the other buddy is - these guys are abolute, complete and utter idiots, and there is no way I would ever ever get in the waater with any of them. I would personally kick the shit out of anyone who ever pulled on me what these flaming assholes pulled on each other, and would not tolerate a person with their atitude anywhere near me. These guys give the term "stroke" a bad name, and the sad fact of these guys is that it is May, and they are stil not diving, and still have no idea what they are going to do , or how they are going to do it - real pros. -G CMCKINLAY1@ao*.co* wrote: > > In a message dated 97-05-02 01:35:55 EDT, wes@we*.co* (William E. > Sadler) writes: > > << I will skip the book. >> > > The book's great for holding your door open -- Send mail for the `techdiver' mailing list to `techdiver@aquanaut.com'.
