  Guys, any time you can introduce helium, do it - you are correct in spotting 
the risks in this one. High nitrogen pp's cause the red cells to get rigid, as 
well as make you dumb ( but you don't know it, a really dangerous dumb ), and 
the higher oxygen pp is even more risky. I like a low PPO2 with helium in the 
mix. The dive I just did I ran .99 ppo2, and a 100 ft aed. It is so cool to be 
able to think clearly 200 minutes ito a dive at 300 feet, and to perform 
properly. It is also nice to not tox, or even feel bad during the long deco
that 
followed. They just don't teach this stuff the way you need to know it.
