george -- it's common knowledge that, while theatrically foaming about the worthlessness of all the proposals in USDCT's permit request, you immediately and simultaneously began preparing to run their game book before they could. I don't fault you for that -- who'd want to get smoked by someone with better ideas and a more useful research (and breathing system) plan than yours -- which at the time was basically "we got the end of the line -- and we don't need no steenkin' closed circuit!"? ;-) You were the one who said it's not practical/safe/won't help -- not me.
