Scott,

I am NOT kidding.  If the monoxide level is "safe" at the surface, it
is safe at depth (assuming the same mix is breathed both at the surface
and at depth, and we are only looking at the effect of the monoxide).

Will not expound on the physiology at this time, but will wait and
see what other responses we get to this.
