  Small cerrated line cutter is what we use, in an open 
sheath on the belt. For wreck, the medical shears area good 
idea as they will cut wire, and will fit in pockets. The 
knife must be hilted, quick draw, cerrated, opn, in fornt, 
and ready to rock. - G
