I do see a reference to PADI, but even that fails to mention that I will not support them. I see your agencies lack of urgency in stepping in, and worse, lack of defence of their franchise owner very pathetic, or is Richard being punished for past sins or an upcomming merger. All agencies have bad instructors, in Brisbane the worst, only by a whisker, happens to be an ANDI instructor ask Ed for details.
