Hello, After hearing almost every national/international training agency
and/or their instroketers get bashed, are there any recommendations for
finding an instructor, either through a "good" agency or by word of mouth
to get some "good" training?

Specifically, for, in the pacific northwest:

"Extended Range" wreck, <not trimix>
cave
and
wreck, trimix


Currently about my only choices I've found are IANTD through IANTD Canada
(Reg & Erika) or possibly ANDI <don't know who>.
