     Yes, it is quiet lately. Since people have to approve their messages
     as a result of the excessive flame wars. And the consequence is that
     real interesting discussions on *TECHNICAL* aspects of diving are
     dying out.
     Would it help if we ask the list owner to reinstall the previous
     situation, so that we take away the barrier that apparently is
     influencing this list. ?????
     I herewith make an appeal to remove this approve request.
