Just to fill in some holes, Red Lobster distanced itself from the lobster
industry of Roatan a few years ago when the US media began reporting on the
situation. 

Considering the divers to be employees of Red Lobster doesn't hold water.
The divers work a few weeks for boats that supply seafood packing companies
that supply the likes of Red Lobster.  Your suggested relationship would be
similiar to expecting a company like Del Monte to be legally responsible for
the working conditions of the migrant farm workers who harvest in the
fields.  It doesn't work that way.  Not here, not anywhere.

FYI, I'm not keeping track.  

And, just for accuracy, the tourist divers already have a hyperbaric
chamber.  Next time you visit Roatan, stop by and check it out.  I
understand it's pretty busy.
